Insight Aviation is the culmination of passion for flying. It is an endeavor established by a team of professionals with decades of experience in the Aviation field encompassing Airline Pilot training, Flight Operations Management, Pilot Assessment, Technical Development and Flight Operations engineering support. We bring our decades of experience from circumnavigating the planet in short and long haul airplanes to bring that to your pilot training experience.
Insight Aviation India LLP is a wholly owned subsidiary that has been established in India as an extension of the company in the UAE. The Company has been established to bring airline style pilot training to the Indian Aviation industry. We are currently engaged in deep partnerships with flying training organizations that align with our training philosophy.

I am extremely fortunate to have chosen Insight Aviation in order to fulfil my dreams of becoming a pilot. Insight has left no stone unturned when it comes to imparting quality training to an Ab – Initio Pilot. The training course right from the extensive Ground School to acquiring your first ever commercial license from 43 Air school , South Africa to getting Type Rated on the Airbus 320 , is perfectly curated to focus on safety and all around development of the cadet . My hard work , devotion and the guidance from their experienced instructors has immensely helped me lay the foundation . I can confidently say that I possess the required skill set and knowledge to start my aviation career. All thanks to Insight Aviation!
I started my journey with aviation back in 2019 and choosing Insight aviation to fulfill my aspirations of becoming a pilot with Indigo was one of the most worthwhile ones I have made. Getting to fly in South Africa was a dream. Taking off and watching the sunrise whilst flying along the coast is something I will never forget. With scenic routes for our navigation flights those cross country hours got over without realisation. Having two international airports on each side of 43 Air school, the exposure we got to handle ILS/VOR approaches on the regular is something my friends back home were always asking about. Being disciplined with studies(and some luck) and keeping fit in the gym, I was able to finish my flying in 10 months. For our conversion flying we were sent to GATI in Odisha. Flying the Cessna 172 in and around Birasal was a fun experience and I tried to savour the last of my piston engine flying for a while. After which I was sent to Bangkok for my type rating with my sim partner Anirudh Kulkarni, I’m glad as he was a friend from earlier and we pushed each other to study and clear our sim checks. Overall I have gained knowledge and lots of experience from the best ( and patient) instructors in India and abroad. The amount of memories I have made with my friends is also something I will cherish for life.

It’s been a journey full of ups and downs and even in the lowest of times there was something to learn and improve.
Every great journey begins with a single step – or in a pilot’s case ,a single flight. When I look back to the day I first flew solo, I remember how nervous I was before the flight but as soon as I heard those words “Clear for take-off”, suddenly, that tickling feeling in my stomach was gone and few moments later my friends were throwing me in the pool. That day I realized that fear is a natural part of growth so we should face it, learn from it and emerge stronger than before. This is what has constantly been my motivation throughout and will continue to be. I an extremely thankful to my instructors, family and friends who’ve always been so supportive and reminded me of my dream which is finally coming true.

“I embarked on my journey towards becoming a pilot in January 2020, but just three months later, the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges, I was fortunate to be part of the first group to resume training at Insight Aviation in March 2021, heading to the prestigious 43 Air School in South Africa for my CPL.
Transitioning back to India and undergoing conversion, I currently find myself at L3 Harris Bangkok, pursuing my type rating on the Airbus A320. It’s a dream come true to soon join Indigo as a Junior First Officer.
Insight Aviation made this remarkable journey possible, ensuring a hassle-free and amazing experience. The instructors in South Africa were not just skilled but made learning fun and memorable. I’ll never forget my CPL check flight, which instilled in me the pride of becoming a certified commercial pilot.
The facilities at 43 Air School were top-notch, taking care of everything from documents and meals to accommodation and laundry. This support allowed us to focus entirely on our exams and flying.
